Refund policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be included.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:
- Earrings
- Beauty or cosmetic products
- Personal care items
- Opened stationery sets (if applicable)
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We'll review your request and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, you may return the eligible product (if applicable) and place a new order.
